Ataullah Khan is a Board Member of IREST, based in New Delhi. He is an experienced professional of social development sector and education policy specialist with over nine years of expertise in project management, procurement, data analysis, monitoring & evaluation, policy research, financial planning, and multilateral funded projects. Ataullah has a proven track record in managing large-scale national education programmes under the Government of India, including Samagra Shiksha, Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), and PM Schools for Rising India (PM SHRI), as well as externally aided projects funded by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
He is an MBA in finance from the University of Delhi (2025) and M. Tech in Computer Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia (2018). His technical expertise includes Machine Learning, Python and its scientific libraries (NumPy, Sklearn, Pandas, Matplotlib), data visualization, and advanced tools for monitoring & evaluation. He is co-author of the India Report Digital Education (2020 & 2021), published by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
